The room was spotless and the staff were fabulous. Spectacular view, a lovely balcony, amazing bed, too. Soft drinks at downstairs bar, outstanding service. I had a really unforgettable stay at this bright hotel.

The lobby was nice, I liked it. Competent, kind staff towards all guests. Remote location, not very far from westwood arenas hockey rink. Very very nice area. Have stayed at this pleasant hotel before and always had exceptional service.

clean enough & huge venue, really lovely views. the standard king room i got was quite big. it had ample bathroom and a private safe, an electronic key card and cable channels. i really enjoyed the terrific service.
